Cadillac Repair: 1999 Cadillac Deville, power door locks, volt ohm meter

I have a 1999 Cadillac DeVille. I pulled some fuses out of the rear fuse block and replaced them. The car now has no heat, no power windows, no power door locks and the information system is non functional. Furthermore. When I place a fuse in the slot marked "comfort" the alarm system sounds (horn honks). How do I fix it?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
