Cadillac Repair: 1987 Cadilac, volt ohm meter, brougham

QUESTION: I have a 1987 Brougham Cadillac that the heater controls do not work. I can't find a fuse that goes to it. I don't know what size the fuse is, or if it is a fuse link. I would like to know where to find the fuse for the heater. Thank you

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
