Cadillac Repair: 1994 Cadillac Deville 4.9L V8, volt ohm meter, vacuum line

My service engine soon light keeps coming on right before my caddy dies. I had diagnostics test done and it said it was the map sensor, i had the codes deleted and a new map senor put on it, and it's still acting the same way. Any suggestions? Please help!

What CODE # were you getting ?.

The only other causes that can cause this failure are:

an intermittent electrical connection failure.

A faulty new sensor.

A faulty vacuum line.

a faulty PCM computer.



If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
