Cadillac Repair: 1994 Cadillac sts, light buttons, cadillac sts

Hi,I just finished reprogrammimg the keyless entry remote and got the doors to lock and unlock great but now the trunk release and the dome light  buttons don't work. What could it be wrong.

We would need to perform simple test procedures on the entry system in order to determine what is at fault.
