Cadillac Repair: fuel gauge not working, cadillac fleetwood brougham, cadillac fleetwood

I have a '86 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham and recently the fuel gauge just stopped working. Its at 1/4 tank and it doesnt move at all. Pleas help.

Naturally the fault is either the:

fuel guage.

Fuel sending unit in the gas tank.

Faulty electrical connections.
