Cadillac Repair: 1999 Cadillac Eldorado antitheft, cadillac eldorado, volt ohm meter

I drove my car to the store came back out and the anti theft system had disabled it. I have both original ignition keys and have tried both after cleaning them, no luck. I had the car towed to my home but do not know what my next step should be. I also need to know approx. costs to have a full diagnostic run to figure out the issue and if needed ignition replaced as I have no idea what is reasonable.
