where is the location of the turn signal , flasher relay?

Hello,

This infomation may be in your owner's manual. There are two flashers. One for the four way emergency and one for T.S..

You may have to remove the hush panel under the driver's side of the dash. It is a black piece of plastic held up by two 9/32 head screws. This allows you access under the dash. The flasher will be round either made of alluminum (silver in color) or blue or yellow plastic. Two wires will run to it with an "L" plastic connector. You should see the flasher near the steering column. You will need to look around.

Then if you find the 4-way by turning on the emergency flashers and listening for it to locate. Remove that flasher and replace t.s. flasher with it. Check to see if T.s. works now. If so, put the 4-way back and replace t.s. flasher with new.

I am giving you general information based on experience working with all makes and models of Cadillacs. I do not have a book in front of me at the moment to give you specific information on a 2000 Deville.
