Cadillac Repair: 96 sts stalls at idle, cb radio antenna, electro magnetic interference

Question
QUESTION: I have a 96 sts that only stalls at idle and in drive reverse neutral or park. I have cleaned the throttle body and replaced the icm, iac, tps, maf, map, cam sensor and checked all the coils and wires. it does not stumble but shuts off like I turned the key off. It always starts right back up and will not stall if I power brake it a little. This seems to happen only when warm. I recently changed both crank sensors and the problem got better, it does not happen as frequently. The only code I get is a P1599 and I have a couple codes for the rear wheel speed sensors. Please help, this is driving me nuts!

ANSWER: After each code the word HISTORY or CURRENT displays.

I need to know what codes you have and which are HISTORY and which are CURRENT.

QUESTION: Thanks for the quick response! I just scanned it again, I have no current codes and in history codes I have a P1599 cc pwr mgmt mode or eng stall and a one I haven't seen before, P1377 icm cam to crank ref correlation. I've cleared the codes a few times in the past couple months to see if they would come back but this is the first I've seen the 1377

ANSWER: is 1377 HISTORY or CURRENT ?.

QUESTION: 1377 is in history, there aren't any current codes.

Answer
It is highly possible that you may be getting EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference due to the mis-routing of the camshaft wires being to close to the spark plugs or I have seen CB radio antenna wires running to close to the camshaft wires or other wires which cause electrical interference. You need to use an OHM METER and check the camshaft wires for continuity from the sensor to the PCM (computer and or faulty intermittent contacts at the PCM or possibly an intermittent fault in the PCM.
