Cadillac Repair: Blown Head Gasket?, blown head gasket, combustion chambers

Question
I am wondering if I have a possible blown Head Gasket. I get into my car, start it up, my temp reading is usually low between 0-40.

As I drive it raises and it goes up until overheating.

It's not low coolant, because I know low coolant wouldn't cause an overheating issue. But with a blown head gasket the oil would look milky and there would be extra emissions coming from the tail pipe wouldn't there?

I was wondering if I had a blown head gasket or not. I also check into my coolant and it's all gone after I fill it and drive for awhile.....

NOT necessarily. What you have is numerous small leaks getting into the coolant system from the combustion chambers.

replace the head gaskets and drill out the threads in the engine block and heli-coil ALL of them and install ALL new head bolts per manufacturers recommendations.
