Cadillac Repair: Windown problems, window switches, test procedures

I bought an 84 caddy eldorado. The window switches on both sides were broken off leaving all the wires exposed. I found the correct switches @ a pick and pull but I don't know what order to connect the wires to the switch. Maybe you can help me with that?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
