Cadillac Repair: blown fuse, blown fuse, test procedures

i have a 97 devville and the whole dash cluster went out it wont start or anything and i tried the cluster fuse and it was blown so i put in another one and it sparked when i put it in

If the replacement fuse also blew, You will need a wiring schematic to test the input and output ircuits of the cluster.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
