Cadillac Repair: help, cadillac sedan deville, climate control

i have a 93 cadillac sedan deville and the fuel data center and climate control dont work.; do i have to reset the computer if so how do i. and could i possibly get the wiring program for the radio system. thank you

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
