MY ELDORADO HV/AC FAN RUNS SOMETIME AND THEN IT QUITS  COMES BACK ON AS LONG AS I DONT TURN IT OFF JUST COMES ON BY ITS OWN SOMETIME TAKES A CPL DAYS SOMETIME CPL MO. THANKS JOHN!

The fault of the interior blower fan to provide air from the interior vents can be caused by:

A faulty blower motor.

A faulty AC/Heater programmer.

A fault in the instrument cluster.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
