Cadillac Repair: Security system.., lock cylinder, test procedures

My 1994 deville will not let me start my car. It gives me the message Start up disabled due to theft system. is there anyway i can reset or bypass the system?

Your fault is either with the:

Ignition key, Ignition lock cylinder wires that go to the pass-key module or a fault in the pass-key module.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
