Cadillac Repair: no heat from heater, heater hoses, heater core

QUESTION: I replaced the heater core and checked the black box under the glove box and it works but i still don't get heat is there a water control valve if so where is it located and what runs the adjustment on it.

QUESTION: no 1991 devile the only thing i find is a t in the hose between the motor and heater core nothing going to it like wires or air lines.

Is one of the 2 heater hoses going thru the firewall onto the heater core slighter HOTTER than the other when the engine is at normal operating temperature ?.

CAUTION: Hoses are HOT !!!!!!

If there are as above, Your problem is most likely the AC/Heater programmer.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
