hey......ok i have a 96 cadillac deville i notice today that when i press the brake the triangle hazard in the dash comes on...and also when i pull the light knob next to the twlight switch it just stay solid with the two arrows next to it i check all the fuses and there were good

What kind of work of ANY KIND WHAT-SO-EVER has been performed on this vehicle prior to this problem ?.

This would appear to be most likely a GROUND wire fault.
