my fuel pump is good, my plugs and wire are good, but the car still runs crappy,  it sounds like a miss in in the engine.

Answer
With the engine running, Remove one spark plug wire and see if the engine runs worse which it should. Replace the spark plug wire back on the spark plug.

Go to the next spark plug and do the same thing until you get to the one spark plug that DOES NOT make the engine run worse and you found your problem cylinder.

You either have a bad spark plug wire and or spark plug.
