Cadillac Repair: 93 cad deville, climate control, test procedures

The climate control (heater) is not responding with any indicators other than a "C" and the fan is on at all times.  The fuel data panel also indicates a "C".  The service engine light comes on, but it will not blink when I try to read the codes.  HELP!!!!

You need to replace the BCM computer.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
