Cadillac Repair: 1999 seville cooling fans, articals, cooling fans

I have a 1999 sts seville the cooling fans only work when the fans on the climite control are on max, i have been reading around the internet and have found several articals about this same problem is there a common fix that is assoicated with this perticular issue with the cadillac cooling fans?

Does the engine overheat at any time ?. The coolant fans will only come ON when the engine temp reaches 220-230 degrees.

If you are getting an engine overheat light illumination on the dash, Then I would suspect that one of the 3 relays is not working which will require several pictures and several simple test procedures.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
