Cadillac Repair: Rear Leveling Problem 84 DeVille, john spinelli, air shocks

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I hope you can help me! Hours on the internet turned up snake eyes but anyhoots, My '84 Sedan DeVille is sagging on the driver's side about 2 good inches (fender is below white wall. The als leveling system is functional and adjuster nut has been turned fully to high position. I thought I needed springs, so I had all 4 springs AND air shocks replaced, but same problem (except nicer ride!). I put a band aid on the spring in the form of one of those $10 expanders that bolt between the coils to give it some height, but would rather do this properly. Any thoughts?
Thanks a whole lot in advance!

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
