Cadillac Repair: 91 sedan deville aux relay clicks, radio clock, power relay

Question
When the vehicle is off a aux power relay in the passenger kick panel clicks on/off which lights up/dwn the radio clock and power windows? Something is energizing /denergizing the relay? Pulled relay and swapped with the other aux pwr relay and it still does it? Would like to find out where to start tracing and what all it powers to check them? Any help on direction or what to do?  Thank you

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
