I try to start my cadillac eldorado 93 but it say starter disabled wait for 3 minutes i do it an same thing over and over again

What you have is a fault in your PASS-KEY theft system. You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
