Cadillac Repair: help will not start, cadillac eldorado, ground wires

ok i have a 93 cadillac eldorado 4.9l i put a new bat in it. when you get it and put the key in everything starts to flash all the light dash tail everything and then trun the key it will not start plzzzzz help for the life of me no one can figure this out----ken

Check around the battery to make SURE that you did not loosen and of the BLACK ground wires. If they are OK, try this:

Try arming and disarming the anti-theft system with your remote.

Or try locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key.

Let me know if none of these work.
