QuestionQUESTION: 02" DTS dies at stops or when going really slow only occasionally. Caddy dealer replaced crankshaft position sensor (A+B). Also replaced front/left wheel hub-said it was wobbly and bearings bad.Cost $865.65.Car runs fine-always did except when it dies. Did I get "took"
ANSWER: Without personally seeing the parts they replaced, I would say you have been TOOK.
Because if ANY of these electronic parts were faulty, The CHECK ENGINE light would have illuminated on the dash.
Does the engine stall when the gas tank is Full or near EMPTY OR does it seem not to make any difference. ?.
If it makes no difference, Your problem is more likely a blackish residue buildup around the throttle plate area that needs to be cleaned out as it is preventing the throttle plate from closing all the way which will cause stalling and is a very common problem with fuel injected engines.

Answer" Am I bad ?".. You probably go thru red lights at intersections also.
Go to any autozone parts store and ask them to retrieve the CODES from the computers and ask them which codes are HISTORY and which CODES are CURRENT and let me know the codes and if they are HISTORY or CURRENT.
