Cadillac Repair: ECM A/C TRANNY CRUISE, amp fuse, blown fuse

My a/c wont come on but if you jump wire it to the relay it will, my tranny wont shift by itself, and the cruise wont work.this all happened at same time when my clutch on my old a/c comp fell apart.We replaced it with a new delphi and charged it,My trouble code is EE40 It is a 1992 cadillac deville,I love this car and my hubby wants to get rid of it please help!!!

Check the fuse box under the dash for a blown fuse # 5 which is a 15 amp fuse and replace it. Yopu will also need to CLEAR (erase) the CODE EE40 from the computer via the climate control panel ONLY.
