Cadillac Repair: 1991 Sedan DeVille, body control module, e51

Question
How do you repair the F31 code?  What needs to be purchased to fix this code.  FF = F31   F=F31

The car has been sitting idle for two years.  Given to me due to not running.   Replaced.  Coil, Distributor, Spark plugs/wires, ICM, TPS.

The major problem is acceleration.  When applied abruptly the engine wants to stall.  When gentle pressure is applied the engine will respond.  However, if you punch it  it will lack power and seems to have no power at all until you ease back on the gas and it picks up.

To me it seems like a MAP issue.  But there is not code for that.

I once got a E31 and E51 code, but after clearing they not longer appear.

How to I correct the F31 by servicing what part(s)?

Thanks in advance.

Answer
The FF31 is a fault of communication between the FUEL DATA CENTER to the BODY CONTROL MODULE.

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
