Cadillac Repair: Trunk Actuator 1996 STS, pig tail, light radio

Trunk Actuator will not work. Purchased new switch and pig tail due to the corrosion on wires.  When I went to put the parts I realized the wires had no power. All other trunk related stuff works, light, radio, tail lights etc.

Follow the wires in the trunk and there should be an in-line fuse. If NOT:
