Cadillac Repair: 1994 caddy problem, throttle position sensor, cadillac deville

my 1994 cadillac deville sometimes seems as if it is getting no gas, or the engine speeds up and slows down when just idling, and sometimes will cut off when driving.  The only codes showing "current" are 41 and 85...i thought maybe the throttle position sensor due to the idling issue...any ideas....at my wits end.   Lou

When each code appears the word HISTORY or CURRENT appears along with the code. Which codes are HISTORY and WHICH are CURRENT ?.

P041 = No cam reference signal from ignition control module.

P085 = Idle speed throttle angle to high.

What work of anykind has been performed on the vehicle lately ?. Did you disconnect the battery recently ?.
