Cadillac Repair: Its me again...96 deville, coolant level, expansion tank

Question
Well u told me if i jumped the coolant level "switch" on the bottom of the expansion tank it would not damage anything. well thats what i jumped to get rid of low coolant messeage and it got rid of it but my fans did not come on at all. My car started getting hot. temp went up to 235 and its never went that high so i plugged it back up and the fans come on about 180 to 190 deg. Im sure if u had access to this car u would be able to see what im talking about and fix it for me. Im just stuck on this pc1660 code. and ur sure my ac not working wouldnt have anything to do with it. If something was wrong with the ect sensor, from what im told from the dealership it would throw a p0115-0119 or p0128 which im not getting any of. Im sorry if im getting on ur nerves about this car but u just dont know how much i love this car and i just need to get rid of this one code that i have so i can pass inspection legally down here in texas. Im sure u still want me to unplug that ect sensor to see what the fans do but im skeptical about it because im getting no codes for it......or maybe cuzz i have to disconnect the heater hose and fuel lines to unplug it...lol. Its that hard to get to
I really appreciate u sticking around and answering my questions. Ive been dealing with this for over a year now (Thats a shame) and most people gave up helping me out. Im gonna be unplugging this ect sensor 2morrow. So what does it mean if i unplug it and the fans come on high. What does it mean if my fans do not do anything at all. Does my a/c not working have anything to do with the circuits,or the coolant level switch which is on bottom of expansion tank. Please help me. Heres a pic of this car.  http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t137/dirtyredd2007/IMG_0184.jpg

You stated: Well u told me if i jumped the coolant level "switch" on the bottom of the expansion tank it would not damage anything. well thats what i jumped to get rid of low coolant messeage and it got rid of it but my fans did not come on at all.

This switch is only telling you that the coolant level in the plastic overflow jug needs coolant or if the jug has coolant then the switch is faulty and it has NOTHING to do with the fans.

If you unplug the ECT sensor connector with the YELLOW and the BLACK wire the fans should come on high speed. If they do come on HIGH speed, This tells us that the ECT sensor is OK.

Check to see if the fuse is blown for the A/C compressor relay. It is a 10 amp in the engine compartment fuse panel.

PLEASE do NOT start a NEW question. Stay with the original question as I have no way to retrieve all of our last communications.

I believe what we are up to is that when you plug in the A/C LOW SIDE TEMP SENSOR it blows a certain fuse ?.
