Cadillac Repair: a/c is not blowing cold, traction control system, link fault

Question
I recently purchased a 1994 Cadillac Deville Concours.
The a/c compressor was turned off.
I accessed the service code screen via holding OFF and WARMER.
I reset all the service codes so the a/c compress would turn back on. The codes that reappeared when I started to drive with a/c on max are:

P036 History
No ICP
No ACP
No SIR
T073 Current
S072 Current

When I connect to the a/c low end valve it reads 70psi. I didn't put any freon in it cause the psi was in the red on my valve.

Any help?
Thanks

Answer
P036 history is an intermittent fault in the EGR pintle not seating properly.

T073 = PCM (computer) and TCS (Traction Control System has a communications link fault.

S072 = Left rear accelerator fault in the RSS (Ride Suspension System).

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
