QUESTION: I complicated the question. Im actually talking about the cooling fans under the hood and seperatly the blower motor for the interior. I do apolagize and in the future keep it to one question at a time. thanks

Answer
If the radiator fan is not working it may be due to a relay or module.

as to the interior fan the cause is either the power module and or the AC/Heater programmer.
