Cadillac Repair: a/c, cadillac sedan deville, vacuum line

my main a/c vents that blow air right at you are  not working! why are they not working?  1997 cadillac sedan deville  The vent that blows to the back works, the defog in the front works,and the vents that blow on your feet work!

Answer
You either have a fault in the vacuum line coming into the AC/HEATER PROGRAMMER and or a fault in the programmer and or a fault in the vacuum operated diaphram that controls the damper door that allows air to flow thru the dash vents.

You will need simple Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
