I need to know if the codes that you listed are HISTORY or CURRENT codes. If you watch as the codes display you will also see the word HISTORY or CURRENT display with EACH CODE.

The fault for your fans could be:

1 of the 3 cooling fan relays is not working or there is a problem with the PCM (computer).

You will need simple Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
