Cadillac Repair: cadillac SLS current draw...., cadillac seville sls, cadillac sls

Question
Hello, My girl friend has a 1997 Cadillac Seville SLS with a northstar engine, the problem is the battery was going dead, i checked the voltage and it was 12.5-13.5 so I decided to replace the alternator, when I first replace it was charging at about 14.25 he next day the battery was dead, so i checked for a draw and it was 12.5! I pulled all the fused out of the front fuse box and nothing, next I'm going to try the rear fuse box, am i going about this the right way by going fuse to fuse? or should I be looking for something else? this was my worst nightmare, I don't really feel stuck but were do I go from here?

Answer
Your going about it in the correct procedure. Keep pulling fuses ONE AT A TIME then check the draw then replace the fuse and go to the next one and do the same. When you find the fuse that is causing the draw You will need Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
