QUESTION: it is the number 7 25a . on a separate note, previously this same car gave me a problem, all the lights on the instrumental panel went out. after reading some of your questions and answers i found out that it was the BCM computer and had to be replaced. at the beginning the fuses were fine and i wasn't aware of this BCM computer  so i messed with some of the wires from wich a knocking noise came from (bottom passenger side)  later on causing the fuse problem, so i know it's all related. would i have to fix the short that i caused while messing with the wires  before replacing the BCM, or can replacing the BCM fix everything

Do NOT install the BCM computer until you fix the short. You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
