Cadillac Repair: 99 cadillac seat memory postion, simple tests, driver 1

cant seem to get the seat memory to take my settings on the 99 cadillac i just bought. neither key fob nor driver 1 or exit.

Answer
In most cases the fault is the MEMORY MODULE. However, You will need to do some simple tests to test the module.
