Cadillac Repair: 90 cadillac brougham, cadillac brougham, shift indicator

my digital I/P has been going out for awhile coming in n out! it finally went out but with it i took out the lights behind the wiper control and headlight control n shift indicator,then  i tried using my a/c and that dosnt get cool ether and it was working fine. the climate control display still works? maybe the bcm?

Could be either the cluster or the BCM.
