Cadillac Repair: 2005 Escalade Rear Leveling Shocks, sits high, air shocks

Our 05 Escalade just started raising itself very high in the rear. I removed the air lines twice and let it bleed off, but as soon as I start it back up, it raises it high in the rear again. I am getting no trouble codes, this really affects the handling.

Hi Tom,

    Soumds to me like the height sensor is telling the compressor the rear is low and to pump up. Sometimes the link can come off and the arm drops. Othertimes the sensor goes bad. Another possability is a stuck relay. You will need to test the system and see where the problem is. Alot of times the factory scan too needs to be used.
