Cadillac Repair: 98 deville ele. problem, dash light, test procedures

abs and  traction control light comes on , when car is turned off the pdn123 dash light stays on and the traction control box on the tranny stays runing. after unhooking the neg for a hour it clears up then 15 to 30 min later same problem. the car will buck and bog down too intermitly. repalced tps when this first happend and it cleared up for a day.
