QUESTION: How do you replace the turn signal switch in a 1995 sedan deville?

ANSWER: You have to remove the steering wheel and it requires SPECIAL TOOLS to get to the turn signal assembly.

Could your problem be the turn signal flasher ?

QUESTION: I don't believe it's the flasher, there are times when the wipers won't work unless I move the lever into the signal position or pull it back to put the hi-beams on, the problem seems to be in that harness somewhere, any suggestions?

I can provide you with numerous pictures and step by step procedures, But you will need to purchase a STEERING WHEEL PULLER and a LOCK PLATE REMOVAL?INSTALLATION TOOL at most any auto parts store. I will send pictures of these 2 tools.
