Cadillac Repair: fan control module, c programmer, fan control

the fan stopped blowing cold or hot in my 1998 eldorado etc. the ac is working because when I'm driving there is cold air coming out the vents, just not blowing out. It stopped blowing one day, then later it started to blow again and the fan motor sounded good, but it stopped working again and won't work could it be the fan control module? and where is that located on a 1998 eldorado etc?

Answer
The fault is either with the fan motor and or the A/C programmer. You will need to perform some simple tests to determine which is at fault.
