1990 CADILLAC DEVILLE.REPLACED MAP SENSER HAVE ONE CODE LEFT BUT CANT FIND INFO ON IT E71 . IS IT A PART OR WHAT?THE CAR SEEMS TO RUN FINE BUT FOR NO APPARENT REASON JUST CUTS OFF. IT RESTARTS BUT HAPPENS AGAIN USUALLY STARTING  AT 20 MIN. DRIVE SOMEMORE 15 MIN.UNTIL IT IS CUTTING OFF EVERY 8 OR SO MIN.THE CAR HAS HAD A TUNE-UP AND ALL CODES HAVE BEEN ADDESSED ECEPT  E71. PLEASE HELP

Are you POSITIVE as to the year of the vehicle ?. As there is NO E71 in a 1990 Deville.

Are you SURE that all the segments on the display are functioning ?. When you access the codes do you first see 888 on the display ?.
