Cadillac Repair: Stability control, cadillac sts, stability control

Question
I have a 2001 Cadillac STS North Star, recently the front electronic struts were replaced with non-electronic struts, need to know how to disable stability control message that is appearing on info cluster and how to check ABS light with info cluster

Answer
You CANNOT use non-electronic shocks on this vehicle as it compromises the stability of the vehicle and limits your maximum road speed to 90 miles per hour.

You MUST install the correct compatable shocks in order to turn OFF the warning lamps and messages.
