Cadillac Repair: 99 STS A/C, ambient temp, test procedures

Question
I have a 99 STS blowing hot air on driver side (90 degrees)
and cold on passenger side (60 degrees)with the a/c on all modes with the outside ambient temp of 90 degrees.What could be happening?

The drivers side ACTUATOR MODULE is faulty and needs to be replaced.
