Cadillac Repair: 1999 cadillac eldoraldo, door locks, keyless entry

first the keyless entre stop working,and the trunk pull down. then two weeks later when yo take the key out of the ingnion the windowsstill work, the wipers still work, and the radio stays on, and the door locks on the doors do not lock but unlock. what is up??? check all fuses in trunk and under hood.

Most likely a fault in the keyless entry module.
