Cadillac Repair: 1996 elderado ac problems, elderado, electrical connector

I am having problems with ac clutch no enganging when ac is turned on.  I can jump the ac clutch fron relay wiring and it works.  I've check all circuits and they seem ok.  There is no response coming fron the ecm to turn the relay on.  I am really frustrated with his i hope you can help me out.

If you know where the LOW PRESSURE SWITCH is, jumper the electrical connector and see if the compressor engages.
