Cadillac Repair: obd II code, torque converter clutch, tcc solenoid

i am getting PC0741 AND PC0742 can you please tell me what these codes mean?

Answer
741 = Torque converter clutch not engaging fault in the transmission for your over drive.

742 = Torque converter clutch not dis-engaging fault in the transmission for your over drive.

You need to replace the TCC solenoid in the transmission.
