Cadillac Repair: No signal from pcm to fuel pump relay, electrical schematics, bowling green ky

96 STS, Current code PC0231(fuel pump secondary/feedback circuit low voltage).  Fuel pump 20a fuse good, relay good, no current to relay from pcm to close circuit and run pump. I've been using a Hayes Manual but it dosent help me check this circuit (PCM to Relay) It only tells me how it is supposed to operate ie. 2 sec signal, ground relay during cranking with signal pulses from CMP.   I cant find any info on how to run this down any further.  Only other codes that come up current are AC,RS,RF,&TC, none of which of course, have anything to do with the fuel pump. The relay and PCM are about 2 ft apart as you know. Can you send an old dog in the right direction about what to check next? I've learned so much from reading the archives, but I cant seem to find my particular problem. I'm amazed you guys have the patience to fool with dummies like me, but you do. I've tried to make this short and to the point, but it seems like an awful long question.   Thanks for any help/direction you might give me.  Vic Grant, Bowling Green, KY
