Cadillac Repair: 1996 Cadi Eldorado, electrical schematics, heater core

No heat, Cold air works,  new thermostat, New radiator no air bubbles,  full collant level.  Help.  Is this a programer problem & if it is where is it located?  Thank you for your time>

with the engine at normal operating temp is the BOTTOM heater core hose going thru the firewall hotter than the TOP hose ?.

You have either a plugged heater core which is very common, Try flushing it out. Or you have a programmer fault.
