ANSWER: There are 2 actuators that control the DRIVERS and PASSENGERS damper door and the passengers actuator is faulty.

ANSWER: Most likely, YES. Unplug the 2 wire electrical connector at the AC compressor and install a new fuse and see if it blows.

AnswerIf you unplug it and the fuse does NOT blow that would most likely be a shorted AC CLUTCH assembly on the front of the AC compressor.
If you unplug and it still blows the fuse, You will need to E-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com for pictures of related devices that use this fuse and start unplugging each item one at a time until you find the one which does not cause the fuse to blow.
